These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services offered by Lakshya Home Tuition for both tutors and students (or their parents/guardians). By registering with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Validity

  • A registration fee of ₹500 is charged for enrolling tutors and students, valid for 1 year from the date of payment.

  • Registration does not guarantee immediate placement or tuition allocation.

2. Tutor Obligations

  • Tutors must maintain professional conduct and fulfill all teaching commitments.

  • Tutors are expected to return 50% of the first month’s tuition fee to Lakshya Home Tuition as a service commission.

  • Failure to comply may result in cancellation of registration and removal from the platform.

3. Student/Parent Responsibilities

  • Students/parents must provide accurate details during registration.

  • Timely payment of tuition fees is expected.

  • If unsatisfied, students can request a change of tutor after the first week.

4. Refund Policy

  • A refund will be issued if no tutor is provided within 3 months of payment.

  • Tutor registration refunds are subject to a 3% deduction for administrative fees.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

5. Cancellation

  • Tutors or students can cancel their registration at any time by submitting a written request.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel any registration in case of misconduct, non-compliance, or violation of terms.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Lakshya Home Tuition is a mediator between students and tutors.

  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect disputes, losses, or damages resulting from tuition arrangements.

8. Modification of Terms

  • Lakshya Home Tuition reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
